What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We recommend vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. High-resolution PNGs (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds are also acceptable.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 1 however for smaller orders, we can use heat transfer or DTF methods, and cost per piece typically goes way up, compared to ordering in bulk. Also note that digitizing and artwork and set up fees will apply to smaller qty orders.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days from artwork approval. Rush options are available upon request for an additional fee.

Can you match brand colors?

We do our best to match colors however do to computer monitors and variations in print materials and not having reference material in person we can not guarantee color matching.

Do you offer design help?

Absolutely. Our design team can assist with layout, color selection, and file preparation to ensure the best print quality.

Can I bring in my own items to be printed

Yes however we can not be responsible for items that get damaged for whatever reason. Some items can be damaged when going through certain machines or during the ink curing process. We do ask that the items be brand new and all tags and stickers removed prior to being dropped off.
